Notifications

Two optional notifications:

• Reminder — a nudge to start the timer, on a schedule you set. Turn it on, then pick a time and tap the day chips for the weekdays it should fire (defaults to 9 AM, Mon–Fri; you can’t turn off the last remaining day). The row’s title follows the time of day — Morning / Afternoon / Evening reminder.
• One-minute nudge — a heads-up one minute before an interval ends.
